Quality Policy

Common Practice
We knew that once we successfully receive the purchase order from customer, it is our duty to ensure our process flow allowed for the quickest turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
To be able to achieve the targeted delivery date, each and every processes need to execute smoothly. Communication between staffs is very important.
One of the first steps to ensure this was to establish a weekly meeting where the H.H. Management team will meet to streamline the work flow,” said K.Y. Leong
During this weekly meeting, the entire management team sit down and check on the status of tool making. It is where H.H. directors decide which jobs are ahead or behind, where to re-prioritize as needed, where to assign more resources.
Training
We strongly believe that our staffs are the largest asset in the company. That is the reason we always provide them in-house and external training for them to enhance their knowledge and skills in their own work field.
