Responsibilities:

• To communicate with customers and suppliers on matters related to technical aspect of plastic parts design, mould design and attend customer business meeting.
• Responsible for the production of complete design o plastic injection mould on time and in meeting the customer’s stated requirements.
• Prepare mould design schedule, material list, mould specification and checklist
• Update and record technical data and simulate mould flow analysis
• To Conduct Initial research duties for a product development engineer include identifying the needs and goals for a new plastic product, from function to aesthetics.
• To coordinate with market researchers and materials suppliers to evaluate market needs, existing competition and potential costs.
• To analyze different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances and other factors in the developmental process.
• To deliver specifications and procedures to manufacturing teams who can then begin production. After refining and reviewing initial designs, product development engineers.

Requirements:

• Must have working knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must read, write and speak in English
• 3 years or more of work experience related to mold design
• Must have an above average understanding of Mathematics and a strong mechanical aptitude
• Must possess working knowledge of ISO, SOP’s work rules and safety guidelines
• Must have strong verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Must possess a technical and hands-on approach to problem solving

Responsibilities:

• Design injection molds according to verbal instructions and Engineering drawings
• Comply with QSR, ISO, SOP’s work rules and safety guidelines
• Meet schedules and maintain quality standards
• Understand, Mold Design/Engineering instructions, work rules and safety guidelines
• Conduct design concept meetings, design review meetings, and kick-off meetings with shop personnel and the engineering team
• Interface with mold shop, programming, quality control inspection, coworkers and upper management in order to maintain open communication
• Insist that team members follow: Safety rules, manufacturing instruction, work rules and other manufacturing guidelines
• Communicate with Engineering, coworkers and Manager/Director to maintain team concept
• Work with design team and Mold Design Supervisor daily to meet very tight deadlines and maintain the production schedule
• Maintain open communication with mold shop, programmers, quality control and planning
• 100% support of the Mold Makers, Programmers and department Supervisors on a daily basis
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all 3D data receive are ready for milling process, parting line and draft angle
• Generate proper tool path for CNC machine, selection of proper tools for all processes
• Create electrode for unreachable portion from milling process.
• Complete ” CAM Process Plan” of each work piece or job from rough to finishing including EDM process if require
• Control, design, and manage tooling, fixtures, and time standard requirements.
• Prepare estimates of production tooling, machining times, and fixtures in support of new business objectives.
• Determine reference points and direction of machine cutting paths. Computes angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part.
• Revise program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions.
• Set up and operate CNC Machines
• Observes operation of machine to evaluate programmed instructions when needed.
• Create set-up sheets and tool/cutter lists to guide correct set-up and operation of machines.
• Communicate regularly with production employees performing job set-ups in order to optimize programs to improve set-ups, run-time, and efficiency.

• To keep track and update the mold making status internally and externally
• Deliver projects within budget and timing expectations
• Responsible for handling a variety of projects from inception through final product delivery.
• Maintain a close working relationship with departments throughout the business
• Assist internal customers as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC Milling or CNC Lathe machine to manufacture precision parts.
• Able to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machine.
• Able to read and understand technical drawing.
• Able to use the Measurement Tools.
• Able to operate the machines with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 – 3 year(s) related working experience in CNC machining.
• Required language: Malay, English, Chinese.
• Hands-on experience in programs set up & operate CNC machine.
• Have a proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Shipping Documents and shipment
• Dealing with Forwarder for all the operation
• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Maintains business schedules calendars.
• Travel arrangements, hotel reservation, visas and seminar/training.
• Preparing quotations, reports, correspondence, ISO documentations and etc.
• Preparing reports /contracts as and when required.
• Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.

• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming e-mail and other material.
• Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff.
• Assisting Quality Management Representative on ISO documentations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mould fitting and assembly.
• Ensure mould testing meet the schedule.
• Ensure cleanliness of production floor or working area.
• Carry out any other duties being assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 yea(s) of relevant working experience.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to perform under pressure.
• Required language: Malay, English, Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Overall accounting function including maintaining full set of accounts, monthly management report, yearly budget, forecast and day to day accounting and finance function
• Prepare debtor aging report, debtor monthly statement and other reports as deemed necessary.
• Liaise with auditor, company secretary and tax agent on relevant matter
• Preparation and submission of GST
